CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/reschedules must be done with at least 72 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of a package or 50% of the total service cost. No call, no show will result in the loss of a package or 75% of the total service cost. Tardiness up to 10 minutes may result in a $10 late fee. Tardiness in excess of 10 minutes may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the “No-show” policy.
